Shipping & Returns

Money Back Guarantee: MYistores has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days and we will give you your full refund or exchange. No restocking fee applies.

Damaged Items: All items are inspected prior to shipment. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or the US Postal Service) immediately. Please also contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.

Exchanges, Credits, and Returns: You must Contact us by email (cs@myistores.com) or phone (800-956-5724) prior to returning any item so that a Return Authorization Number can be issued. Please include your order number, name and items ordered in the email. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender. Once you have a Return Authorization Number, please return item in original packaging and condition. Please be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and send the package postpaid and insured. Include a copy of your invoice as well as a note explaining the reason for the return. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns.

Refunds: We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
